These Terms & Conditions govern the SMS/text messaging program offered by Live Oak Plates LLC ("Live Oak Plates," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
Live Oak Plates offers a text messaging program to contracted drivers, plate and vehicle renters, and others with an active business relationship with us. Through this program you will receive operational and support messages such as plate and vehicle status updates, insurance and registration reminders, payment notifications, and responses to your inquiries.
You may opt in verbally, in person, at the time you sign up or sign your rental or contract paperwork with Live Oak Plates. We only send messages to individuals who have an existing business relationship with us and who have given consent.
Message frequency varies; you will receive approximately 2–6 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Live Oak Plates does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending you text messages. If you want to rejoin, you may opt in again through the methods described above.

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
